The old town is quickly and easily reachable on foot. Hourly trains connect Lucerne with the next airport Zürich Kloten and other Swiss cities.
The reception staff of the Alpina hotel can provide any information about the town you may need. They also book concert tickets for the Lucerne Festival for you.
